2002 was the year my life changed - the year I won The Raymond Blanc Scholarship. In total I spent 11 years working in 2* Michelin restaurants - 8 years working for Raymond Blanc and 3 years working for David Everitt-Mathias. Both taught me amazing things and have moulded me into the chef I am today - for which i will always be grateful.
